Transit times provided in your tracking details are estimates only, and delivery times may be extended due to delays such as customs, quarantine processing, freight plane schedules, and demand in your region. Please track your order using the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email in your inbox, please check your spam folder for tracking details.
Delivery Address
Please ensure the delivery address entered at checkout on our website is correct. PeacePoti is not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect delivery details and cannot change the address after checkout is complete. Please ensure someone will be available to receive your order or collect it if the parcel is not deliverable. PeacePoti cannot re-send your order outside Austria if your order gets returned to us due to non-delivery/non-collection.
Please contact Austrian Post directly for information about your order once it has been dispatched; only contact PeacePoti Customer Care if your order has been deemed lost by Austrian Post or if you have received faulty or damaged products.
Processing Time
Orders are shipped from our Austrian warehouse. We aim to fulfill and dispatch orders within two business days (unless we communicate a later delivery period on the buy button), excluding unforeseen delays or during busy periods. Please note that estimated shipping times do not include our processing time.
